About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our team at Kura. As a key member of our organization, you will play a proactive part in the strategic planning, production, and effective management of all MI and Outbound solutions and services within our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the KURA MI/BI production processes, ensuring consistent and efficient outputs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver comprehensive, organization-wide reporting.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, gathering and implementing MI requirements during new business implementations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the MI capabilities of KURA.
• Lead the professional development and skill-building of the MI and Dialler teams.
• Manage and prioritize ad-hoc reporting requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery by the MI team.
• Provide insightful, value-added analysis of generated reports to support business decisions.
• Offer pre-sales support to the Business Development team by delivering relevant MI insights.
• Lead dialler technology upgrades and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee the evaluation, implementation, and management of dialler technology solutions.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish performance benchmarks for dialler operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards governing outbound calling activities by developing and enforcing policies to mitigate compliance risks.
