Job Title: Automation Tester

We are seeking a junior-level automation tester to join our Agile test team, working on a SaaS cloud platform. The successful candidate will develop automation tests, learn industry best practices, and contribute to the company culture.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manual and/or automated testing, knowledge of modern web technologies is an advantage. Effective verbal and written communication skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail are required.

This role involves developing automation tests to a good standard, understanding and learning industry best practices within test automation, contributing to delivering great outcomes for customers, and positively influencing the team and company culture. The breakdown of responsibilities includes:
  • Automation Testing (coding, testing, peer reviews, documentation etc) – 80%
  • Sprint activities (planning, stand ups, retrospectives, backlog reviews etc) – 15%
  • Training – 5%

Estimated salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
