The RoleJob SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Housing Paralegal to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care in managing client matters, developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and efficiently managing case files by meeting deadlines and adhering to precedents.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch client care through effective management of client matters
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure seamless case file management by meeting deadlines and following established protocols
- Collaborate with clients to complete public funding applications
- Organise and label large document volumes with precision
- Cultivate relationships with local authorities, housing associations, and medical professionals to acquire necessary documents
- Support in preparing hearing bundles
- Participate in internal and client meetings, taking detailed notes as required
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed
