At Home Instead, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of personal care, including washing, bathing, and dressing.
- Carry out everyday tasks, such as cooking meals and light housework.
- Help clients access their community by accompanying them on outings, shopping, or appointments.
- Provide companionship and well-being support to our clients.
- Help clients remain happy, healthy, and thriving in their own homes.
Requirements
- GCSE English and Maths qualifications.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
