About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Representative to join our team. As a Technical Representative, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our beer dispense equipment. You'll work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair beer dispense equipment
  • Conduct surveys for installations and provide technical support to customers
  • Advise, instruct, and train customers on the use of our equipment
  • Manage vehicle stock and arrange travel routes
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met and maintained

Requirements

  • Live within Lancaster and surrounding areas
  • Hold a valid driving licence
  • Be comfortable with modern technology devices
  • Have good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to problem-solve and work independently
