Aspire People is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Qualified Teacher to join our team at a one form entry primary school in Great Barr. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a Year 4 class from January 2025 onwards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and Class Management:

The teacher will be responsible for planning, teaching, and managing a class of pupils. This will include:

  • Delivering high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all pupils;
  • Using a range of teaching strategies to promote engagement and learning;
  • Monitoring pupil progress and adjusting teaching methods as needed;
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and resources.

Requirements: A Qualified Teacher with QTS and experience working in Primary Schools KS2 is essential for this role. You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

Salary: £38,000 per annum based on the National Pay Scale

Location: Great Barr
