Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Resilience Team Manager to lead our Clean Water Production, Water Resource Allocation Plan & Remote Asset Optimisers in Central Control. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and improving business processes to ensure the overall management and operation of 24/7 desks.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach three teams of 24/7 Remote Asset Optimisers who monitor and analyse telemetry alarm data.
  • Implement strategies to maximise remote interventions, enhancing resilience & reducing callouts in line with Alarm Governance.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs and targets to support WRAP, Production & Network Optimisers.
  • Ensure 24/7 Resilience is maintained across the teams by applying approved shift principles and protocols.
  • Communicate progress and performance at all levels within the organisation and with external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Excellent leadership skills balanced with analytical and creative abilities.
  • Possess a Management, Engineering or Science qualification or previous experience gained within the water or wastewater sectors.
  • Previous experience of managing and leading a team with a proven track record of driving sustainable performance against challenging business targets.
