As a Voids Multi Skilled Technician with Paradigm Housing Group, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work in our empty properties. This role requires knowledge of construction, building regulations, and health and safety.

We offer a fully equipped hybrid van, a fuel card, an electronic tablet for job scheduling, and access to our Intranet for company news. You will also receive a mobile phone, work clothing, and PPE. Our goal is to book your jobs in your local area whenever possible.

  • You will start with 25 days of annual leave, rising to a maximum of 30 days with service. You will also receive three paid days off between Christmas and New Year when we are closed, as well as the opportunity to purchase up to five additional days off, subject to certain conditions.
  • We have a pension scheme in place.
  • You may be eligible for an annual bonus.
  • The role has potential for on-call payments, depending on business needs.

The estimated salary for this role is around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of responsibility, skills required, and benefits offered.
