We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Teaching Assistant at St Mary's School and College.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly positive and friendly staff team, supporting pupils/students with a range of needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to pupils/students with speech, language and communication needs, learning difficulties and other associated SEND.
You will work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement effective strategies to promote pupil/student learning and development.
The salary for this position is £24,027 - £24,790 per annum, pro-rata £20,645 - £21,301. The working hours are 35.5 hours per week, term time only, Monday to Thursday 8:30-4:15pm, Tuesday 5pm finish, Friday 2.45pm finish.
Requirements:- A commitment to providing high-quality support to pupils/students with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A willingness to participate in training and professional development opportunities.
