Mortgage Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Quilter Financial Planning and assist clients in securing the best mortgage deals.

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with our established Estate Agency team to help customers purchase their dream home while taking care of all their mortgage and protection needs.

• Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with our Estate Agency team through training and support.
• Mortgage Advice: Provide comprehensive mortgage advice to a diverse range of clients.
• Financial Assessments: Assess clients' financial circumstances to determine suitable mortgage products.
• Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage market and related financial products.
• Transaction Management: Liaise with lenders, estate agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
• Application Preparation: Prepare and submit detailed mortgage applications on behalf of clients.
• Protection Guidance: Offer guidance on protection products related to the mortgage process, such as life insurance and home insurance.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

• CeMAP Qualification: Hold a CeMAP qualification.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably within an estate agency setting, with a strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the mortgage market and financial regulations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
