Bookings Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bookings Advisor to join our team at Stratstone Jaguar Land Rover Reading. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for creating outstanding customer confidence in our aftersales service by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care.
Key Responsibilities- Maximise aftersales profitability by converting predicted service and routine maintenance event call leads into booked retail hours.
- Operate as a key member of the service team working together to achieve department targets.
- Keep abreast of all Dealer and Brand offers to maximise customer retention and potential upsell opportunities.
- Log all contact, bookings, and customer record amendments accurately on appropriate systems.
- Use every calling opportunity to improve the customer database, establish and record customer contact preferences.
- Previous experience in an Aftersales environment is preferable.
- Good mechanical awareness or understanding of cars and parts.
- Good attention to detail.
- Flexible and enjoy working in a team environment.
- Committed to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service.
- Excellent communicators, organised and have great inter-personal skills.
