As a Chemical Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our hazardous waste environment. Your primary responsibilities will include checking and testing incoming loads, processing hazardous and non-hazardous waste, ensuring segregation and storage of hazardous waste meets requirements, labelling waste, and completing documents on all incoming and outgoing chemical materials.

Requirements:
  • Minimum HNC in Chemistry
  • Prior experience in a waste environment
  • Willing to work outside in all weathers
  • Good work ethic, hands-on approach, and a willingness to learn

This role requires a strong understanding of chemistry principles and laboratory testing methods. You will work closely with site operatives to ensure the safe and efficient processing, storage, and transfer of waste.

Estimated salary: £29,000 per annum. Benefits include medical insurance, overtime pay, parking onsite, pension, annual Christmas bonus, and training and development opportunities.
