TRIA is seeking an experienced Contract Product Manager to lead the development of targeted communications strategies that drive customer engagement and satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive roadmaps for targeted communications, leveraging data pools to personalize and optimize communications, and working on the company's first customer mobile app.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Targeted Communications Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive roadmaps for targeted communications, ensuring customers receive the right content at the right time across multiple channels.
- Leverage Data-Driven Approaches: Utilize customer data effectively to drive personalized communications and strategic decisions.
- Mobile App Development: Work on the company's first customer mobile app, integrating features like push notifications and in-app chat to deliver tailored experiences.
- Drive Delivery: Ensure targeted communications projects are executed efficiently, moving from concept to delivery without bottlenecks.
Requirements:
- Targeted Comms & Martech Expertise: Extensive experience in creating and executing targeted communications strategies within B2C, retail, or ecommerce.
- Proven Delivery: A strong track record of bringing communication-focused products from the discovery stage to market.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to utilize customer data effectively to drive personalized communications and strategic decisions.
- Mobile App Experience: Familiarity with mobile app development, particularly in features that enhance customer interaction and communication.
