Our Audit team plays a crucial role not only in BDO but also in the economy as a whole. With a deep understanding of various sectors, markets, and geographies, our auditors deliver high-quality audits that are trusted by companies and their stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities:- To identify risk matters and raise them with your manager or partner, exercising sound judgment within agreed parameters.
- To understand the needs of our clients, suggest potential solutions on technical matters, and communicate these needs and solutions with managers or partners.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with new and established clients, identifying opportunities and serving as a point of contact throughout the year.
- To conduct rigorous project and financial management on all projects, completing tasks within agreed timelines and raising issues in a timely manner.
- To possess a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ICAS) and have a working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
- To have experience supervising and coaching junior members of the team and managing projects.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
