eFX Account Manager

Fluent Trade Technologies is a leading provider of end-to-end data and trading technology solutions for the FX, FI, and Futures markets.

We are seeking an experienced eFX Account Manager to join our team in London, working in a hybrid remote and office-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with allocated client accounts, identifying opportunities to add value and drive growth.
  • Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) and Business Analytics (BA) tools to inform account growth plans and increase platform usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and exceed satisfaction levels.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the new business sales team.
  • Support prospect pitches, RFPs, and pricing proposals as required.
  • Contribute to the evolution of client and new business acquisition collateral and documentation.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to build trust and work in partnership with clients and internal teams.
  • Extensive experience in the eFX and eTrading landscape, with a strong understanding of technology usage.
  • Market-facing credibility and trustworthiness, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly driven, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to identify required resources to manage and grow business effectively.
  • Proactive and positive attitude, with a strong commercial sense.
