Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Servicing Analyst to join our team at Barclays Bank UK PLC. As a Loan Servicing Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting Wholesale Lending with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Wholesale Lending initiatives, including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution, utilizing lending technical expertise.
  • Monitor lending operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change in Wholesale Lending processes.
  • Develop and implement Wholesale Lending procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Develop reports and presentations on Wholesale Lending performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to implement best practices in Wholesale Lending Services.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to improve Wholesale Lending efficiency and effectiveness.
