About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HGV Driver to join our team at Jewson, a leading supplier of building materials. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely delivering materials to our customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a HGV vehicle to transport building materials to customers
  • Load and unload materials from the vehicle, ensuring safe and efficient delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues
  • Work collaboratively with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
  • Valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management
