We are seeking an experienced Valuation Expert to join our team at Vivid Resourcing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting asset valuations for a diverse range of public sector properties in Scotland.

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist with asset valuations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records for the authority's property portfolio.

• Conduct asset valuations for a diverse range of properties within the local authority portfolio.
• Assist in the preparation of valuation reports and provide advice on property-related matters.
• Support the team in maintaining compliance with relevant accounting and valuation standards.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate data collection and reporting for asset management.
• Provide ad-hoc support and expertise as required during the valuation process.

Requirements:

• Ideal candidate will have a Registered Valuer qualification with RICS or equivalent.
• Prior experience in conducting asset valuations for local authorities or public sector organisations is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of valuation principles, methodologies, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
