Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to shift equipment engineers covering all areas of silicon wafer processing equipment, package, and test.
  • Lead and participate in equipment installations, improvements, and solve underlying equipment issues.
  • Work hands-on with gases, chemicals, robotics, vacuum, electrical, and electronics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum HNC in electronics.
  • Experience in a multi-disciplined role with strong electronics skills.

Additional Information:

  • Due to cleanroom working, the wearing of makeup is not allowed, and you must not have smoked 4 hours before entering the cleanroom.
  • Project work, installing new equipment, and equipment modifications.
