We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as an Adult Supported Living Worker. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with additional needs to live independently and participate fully in their communities.
Key Responsibilities- Support tenants with daily activities, such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping for essentials.
- Accompany tenants to local facilities, attractions, and community events.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to tenants who may experience frustration, anxiety, or emotional distress.
- Participate in comprehensive training and mentoring programs to develop your skills and confidence.
- Experience in a care or support role is not essential, as we provide an excellent induction program and ongoing support.
- Ability to work a 37-hour week on a rota basis, including alternate weekends.
- Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle (or willingness to use company vehicles).
- Physical and mental resilience, with a can-do attitude.
