Job Title: Solicitor (0-2 PQE) Edinburgh/Aberdeen Property

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solicitor to join our Real Estate Team in Edinburgh or Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate law and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of commercial real estate transactions, including residential and commercial development, commercial and investment property acquisitions and sales, real estate finance, and commercial leasing (landlord and tenant).
  • Provide expert advice on property law and related matters to clients and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of the Real Estate Team's commercial strategy and business growth.
Requirements:
  • 3 years' PQE in commercial real estate law.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of property law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the commercial development of the business.
