About the Role

We are currently seeking skilled Freight Transportation Specialists to join our team in the Avonmouth area. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units.

Job Summary
  • Securely move and transport palletised parcels on a set shift rota (planned in advance) 5/7 shifts every week, with days or nights available.
  • Handle runs with 4-5 delivery stops, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.
  • Drivers may be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle.
  • Interact with customers and represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Hold a full UK driving license with Class 2 entitlement (category C).
  • Be in possession of a valid and in-date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
  • No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
  • Have a full understanding of WTD legislation.
  • Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Avoid accidents by adopting a safety-first mindset.
Working Conditions

Hours: Afters (£15.11) or Nights (£16.80). Location: Avonmouth, BS11. Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent positions.
