About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic residential sales team in Portsmouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations to meet sales targets

Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
