Chef De Partie Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join our luxury hotel's kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing a section of the kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a section of the kitchen, overseeing the preparation and presentation of dishes
* Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that food is produced to the highest standards
* Collaborate with a team of 12 Chefs and 4 Kitchen Porters to achieve kitchen goals

**The Ideal Candidate**

* Must have experience as a Chef De Partie in a quality hotel restaurant to 2 rosette standards
* Demonstrate ability to manage a section of the kitchen
* Happy working various shifts
* Live locally or able to relocate to the area with own transportation
