About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Designer to join our team at School of UX. As a key member of our Commercial stream, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and driving growth through compelling content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop clear, concise, and engaging content for new features, widgets, and paywalls.
  • Collaborate with Product Designers, Researchers, Analysts, and Product Managers to define new experiences across our app.
  • Design and implement fresh ideas to improve existing user experiences and drive revenue growth.
  • Advocate for Content Design within the team and across the organization.
  • Run workshops, crits, and reviews to improve content quality and share best practices.
  • Support the development of junior Content Designers.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Work closely with Localization to ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice across markets.
  • Evangelize human-centered design, readability, accessibility, and creativity within the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in Content Design with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience co-designing with Product Designers in collaborative tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others and advocate for Content Design.
  • A portfolio demonstrating impact and a passion for Content Design.
  • Interest in growth and revenue essential.
