Role Information

We're seeking an experienced Property Paralegal with a minimum of two years' experience to join our dynamic Property team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks in both Sales and Purchase transactions, as well as supporting post-completion activities. Key Responsibilities

As a Property Paralegal, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and sending contract packs
  • Ordering and reviewing searches and mortgage offers
  • Drafting transfer deeds and deeds of covenant
  • Conducting pre-exchange searches and handling contract exchanges
  • Submitting SDLT and AP1 forms
  • Preparing first registration applications and RX forms
  • Managing straightforward Land Registry requisitions and updating lender portals
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a minimum of two years' experience in property law, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
