We are seeking two highly skilled Chartered Building Surveyors to join our expanding Technical Team at City Property (Glasgow) LLP.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will provide professional services and project support to City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP and Glasgow City Council. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation of the current capital plan for investment in City Property assets, including the procurement of works for new-build projects and refurbishment of existing properties.
  • Managing a portfolio of non-operational surplus land and property assets, working closely with the City Property Valuation & Disposals Team and Service Departments within Glasgow City Council to identify opportunities for de-risking, re-purposing, or sale of these assets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be MRICS qualified and have experience in Building Surveying across a diverse portfolio. We offer a competitive package, including a generous holiday allowance, public holidays, and additional staff benefits.
