About the Role

As a Speech and Language Therapist at RGH-Global Ltd, you will be working in partnership with children, young people, their families, and the children's workforce to deliver high-quality, evidenced-based approaches.

The successful candidate will deliver Speech and Language Therapy services mostly within mainstream schools in Blackpool, Wyre, and Fylde. This includes supporting universal best practice within the setting and providing services directly and through others to support the children and young people to reach their full potential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Speech and Language Therapy services within mainstream schools.
  • Support universal best practice within the setting.
  • Provide services directly and through others to support the children and young people.

Requirements:

  • A qualified/registered Speech and Language Therapist with 2 or more years of experience.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Experience working within schools and as part of a multi-agency team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in report writing and record keeping.
  • Hold responsibility for own caseload and be responsible for a defined area of the service, working without direct supervision.
  • Access to your own vehicle.
