At Primark, we're looking for a skilled Contract & Vendor Management Analyst to join our Technology team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our technology service providers deliver high-quality services in accordance with their contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Procurement, and Legal, to ensure effective contract management and vendor governance.
  • Develop and implement an annual contract renewal schedule and tracker for all Technology vendors.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on contract renewal and RFP processes.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and work with internal stakeholders to deliver and report against cost savings targets.
  • Manage contracts, track changes, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Requirements:
  • 3rd-level qualification or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Contract Management & Vendor Analyst roles, preferably in a Technology-focused environment.
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced organizations with cross-functional and European multi-site locations.
  • Familiarity with professional environments that operate with urgency, are oriented towards accomplishing set goals, and enforce standards of quality within budgetary constraints.
  • Strong IT delivery methods experience.
