Job Description

This Advanced Clinical Lead position plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are provided to our residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing clinical care within the home to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional care.
  • Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain high standards of care.
  • Serving as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid NMC Pin as a Qualified Nurse.
  • A genuine passion for providing personalized, high-quality care.
