About the Job
We are hiring an Export Administrator to work on a 6-week fixed contract with an immediate start after successful interview. The successful candidate will be responsible for requesting shipping documents from suppliers, printing and labelling of products for dispatch, liaising with internal teams to source products, updating systems, and responding to emails from customers and clients.
Job Description
- Requesting Shipping Documents: The successful candidate will be responsible for requesting shipping documents from suppliers.
- Printing and Labelling: The candidate will print and label products for dispatch.
- Liaising with Internal Teams: The successful candidate will liaise with internal teams to source products.
- Updating Systems: The candidate will update systems as required.
- Email Management: The successful candidate will respond to emails from customers and clients.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be well-organized and have a strong administration background, experience within an export role would be preferred but not essential.
