Service Administrator: Customer Support Specialist

At Orona, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Administrator to join our team in the London office. As a key member of our operations department, this role plays a vital part in the business and is responsible for managing all service invoicing and ensuring that our in-house databases are up-to-date with service contract information.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment where time management, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing administrative duties, responding to incoming calls, and allocating tasks as necessary.
- Taking client queries and addressing them promptly and professionally.
- Collating and recording field data submitted by engineers.
- Supporting the ordering of parts and receiving materials as required.
- Collecting and distributing timesheets and job sheets from engineers for approval.
- Managing customer information and updating records accordingly.
- Generating reports for senior management and the branch team.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance agreements.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
