Service Administrator: Customer Support Specialist

At Orona, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Administrator to join our team in the London office. As a key member of our operations department, this role plays a vital part in the business and is responsible for managing all service invoicing and ensuring that our in-house databases are up-to-date with service contract information.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment where time management, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing administrative duties, responding to incoming calls, and allocating tasks as necessary.
  • Taking client queries and addressing them promptly and professionally.
  • Collating and recording field data submitted by engineers.
  • Supporting the ordering of parts and receiving materials as required.
  • Collecting and distributing timesheets and job sheets from engineers for approval.
  • Managing customer information and updating records accordingly.
  • Generating reports for senior management and the branch team.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance agreements.
