Job Overview

Job Responsibilities:

As an Applications Manager at Danfoss, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers, sales teams, and technical support teams in the region. Your primary responsibilities will include:


• Acting as an application support and sparring partner for customers, sales teams, and technical support teams

• Supporting visits to customers for projects and troubleshooting, including support during commissioning/service

• Ensuring Danfoss products are properly handled and installed onsite

• Providing system design support for contractors and consultants

• Staying updated on relevant market trends and gathering market and competitor intelligence

• Delivering product and application training to groups of customers, sales, or technical support people either online or face-to-face

• Providing insights, input, and market knowledge to new product developments, launches, and sales support material

Background & Skills:

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following background and skills:


• A bachelor's degree or qualification in refrigeration or a related industry would be an advantage

• Detailed experience within the Industrial Refrigeration industry or similar, including domestic or commercial heating/cooling applications, or demonstrating an advanced hands-on level of competence on complex refrigeration or air-conditioning systems

• A solid understanding of industrial refrigeration systems, including working with Ammonia and CO2 applications

• Commercial understanding & flair

• Capable of managing own time and working to tight customer deadlines

• Fluency in English
