**Job Introduction**


We're seeking an experienced Digital Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Skipton Building Society. As a highly motivated and customer-focused individual, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless digital experiences for our customers.


In this role, you'll work closely with various digital disciplines, including UX Designers, UI Designers, and stakeholders across Technology and wider business areas. Your main responsibilities will include:



  • Creating and executing test cases for online customer journeys and experiences on our digital platforms and applications.
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver exciting changes and enhancements.
  • Contributing to standards and process enhancements to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll also need experience in digital user acceptance testing, with a customer lens, and proficiency in using test and defect management tools, cross-browser testing platforms, and device testing.
