Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team at NonStop Consulting. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to foster carers, assessing and monitoring their performance, and conducting home visits to ensure the well-being of children in their care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor foster carers to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to foster carers to help them develop their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular home visits to assess the safety and well-being of children in foster care
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting children and families

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Experience as a Supervising Social Worker or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of child welfare policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
