Senior Finance Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic Finance Team at emh group. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Head of Business Partnering & Dev Finance, Finance Director, and Senior Financial Accountant to provide an efficient and effective financial management service to all Group and associated companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and communication to stakeholders across emh and associated companies.
- Advocate for value for money within the Group, promoting financial sustainability and efficiency.
- Manage and motivate a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of financial objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business, including external stakeholders, to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements
We are looking for a CCAB-qualified individual with full membership, excellent ICT skills, and experience in management accounting and budget preparation using a computerized system. You should also have previous experience of managing and motivating a small team and working effectively in partnership with colleagues across the business.
