About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Practitioner Speech & Language Therapist to join our Adult Neurodevelopmental Service. You will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive, evidence-based therapy to individuals within the neurodivergent community.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and provide post-diagnostic support to individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions, ensuring they receive the highest quality care.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, contributing to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accountability to the Operational Clinical Manager for Adult Neurodevelopmental Services and actively participate in regular professional clinical supervision from your designated Professional Lead.
• Deliver therapy services across various settings, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in neurodevelopmental speech & language therapy, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge base.
