Waste Collection Operative

Bryson Recycling is seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Kerbside Loader.
Job Purpose:The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and lifting recyclable materials alongside a Kerbside Driver. This is a fixed-term position for 3 months, working Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with a competitive hourly rate of £12.26.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and lift recyclable materials in a safe and efficient manner
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily targets
- Communicate effectively with the public and colleagues
- Be flexible to work overtime as required
- Work in all weather conditions
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to communicate well with the public
- Flexibility to work overtime, as required
