Job Description

This role involves key management, diary management, regular property visits and reports, maintenance issue management, landlord-tenant liaison, tenancy renewal arrangements, checkout management, and deposit negotiations. You will work closely with our team to provide excellent service to our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to be calm and composed, have a good telephone manner, be extremely organized, enthusiastic and driven, and have effective prioritization skills. We also require full training and a full driving license.
