Unlock the Potential of Children in Kent
Connect2SocialWork is seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team in Kent, working on a locum basis with a competitive daily rate of up to £600.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive educational psychology assessments to identify children's special educational needs and provide expert advice in line with the 2014 Children and Families Act and the SEND Code of Practice.
- Collaborate with parents, young people, schools, and other practitioners to promote shared understanding and effective practice in supporting vulnerable children and those with special educational needs.
- Develop and implement inclusive, evidence-based strategies to improve equitable access to education and attainment for all children, particularly those who are vulnerable or have special educational needs.
- Ensure that concerns about child protection or children in need are reported to the designated person in line with the Local Authority's Child Protection Procedure.
