Job Summary:

Blom and Blom is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children throughout their Early Years stages, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Plan, prepare, and evaluate daily activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children, ensuring a well-rounded and engaging experience.
• Conduct observations, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance children's development, working closely with colleagues to implement effective strategies.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote children's learning and development, maintaining open and transparent communication channels.

Requirements:

• A Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification, such as NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or recognized equivalent.
• A solid understanding and working knowledge of the EYFS framework, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• An understanding of observations and developmental reports procedures, with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
