Job Description

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing OFSAA solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Tier 1 customer implementation to deliver core business objectives of FSGBU and develop trusted relationships.
  • Support FSGBU Consulting to influence key technical and architecture decisions with senior stakeholders.
  • Install and deploy the OFSAA solutions in a customer environment, coordinating with customer technical resources.
  • Support all phases of deploying the OFSAA solutions at customer sites, including initial installation, patches and upgrades, application configuration, batch executions, troubleshooting, system integration testing, user acceptance testing and go-live.
  • Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the OFSAA solutions.
  • Discuss and document the configuration of client environment.
  • Support to train customers in managing the OFSAA environment.
  • Train new resources on the product, customer environment and implementation tasks.
  • Adept and contribute to Organizational best practice methodologies for knowledge dissemination throughout the OFSAA Delivery organization.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills are required for this role as this will involve managing customer conversations directly.
  • Engineering Degree in Computer Science or Masters in Computer Applications.
