Laboratory Corporation is a leading contract research organization working with some of the world's top pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, crop protection, and chemical companies. We are currently seeking a Sanitation and Equipment Specialist to join our animal facility support team.

As a Sanitation and Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly working environment throughout the animal facility. This includes operating cage washing equipment, removing waste from cages/pens, and processing it through the relevant waste disposal stream. You will also be involved in the collection and transportation of goods, as well as assisting in the movement of animals while ensuring strict adherence to animal welfare guidelines.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. A full UK driver's license would be advantageous but not required.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health cover and a contributory pension scheme, as well as opportunities for career development and growth within our company.
