We're seeking a talented Lead Customer Journey Manager to join our Bristol-based team, driving the transformation of our commercial card products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Journey Managers, driving performance and growth through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Develop and implement customer journey designs, ensuring seamless experiences across touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and knowledge, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the customer's voice, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement and competitiveness.

  • Proven experience in customer journey design, mapping, and optimization.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to drive team performance and growth.
  • Excellent communication and partnership management skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
