About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Global Investment Manager to join our team at NTT Global Data Centers EMEA UK ltd. As a key member of our global growth and expansion team, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's success in key markets around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our global investment strategy, identifying new opportunities and driving business growth.
  • Work closely with our Global Transactions Lead to underwrite and execute business expansion opportunities via new leases, site and asset acquisitions, M&A, strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
  • Prepare comprehensive Investment Committee Memorandums for presentation to the Investment Committee, including detailed property, return, tenant, market, economic, and risk analyses for each acquisition.
  • Lead and coordinate due diligence for property acquisitions and dispositions until closing, and assist with SPA drafting and negotiations.
  • Set up and manage internal calls and meetings, produce/review minutes, actions and follow-up on stakeholders.
  • Produce reports on an ad-hoc basis and track progress across various workstreams in projects you are primarily responsible for and report them upwards.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in commercial real estate acquisition/investment or other real asset classes, including exposure to underwriting, valuing and due diligence.
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree and Master's is desirable or similar professional qualification.
  • Excellent understanding of the business of Real Estate (and ideally data centers), Corporate Finance and transaction structuring.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and competent in the use of software products including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
