Job Summary:
Trial Balance is seeking a part-time Accounts & Payroll Assistant to support our financial operations. This is a permanent, part-time role offering a 22-30 hour working week and flexibility. You will be responsible for processing accounts payable invoices, monitoring aged debt, performing bank and petty cash reconciliations, and administering payroll and time management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank and petty cash accounts
- Administer payroll and time management systems
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need 18 months of experience in a similar position, an AAT qualification or equivalent, and strong MS Excel skills.
Estimated Salary: £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
