Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and patient Bus Driver to join our team at First Bus. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring passengers have a positive experience.
  • Operate a bus in a variety of conditions, including heavy traffic and inclement weather.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and management.

Requirements

  • A valid full UK driving licence with at least 6 months' experience.
  • A minimum of 18 years old.
  • The ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
