Clinical Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and communicative individual who can effectively manage the patient journey from initial contact to treatment completion. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clinicians, practice teams, and business development managers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and administrative tasks are completed consistently to an exceptional standard. This includes maintaining regular contact with patients, conducting courtesy calls after treatment delivery, and obtaining patient testimonials to build clinician portfolios.
We estimate that this role will come with a salary of approximately £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
