About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Dunelm in Greenford. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring they leave with a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other sales-related tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
