Lead Fine Art Technician/Driver Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Fine Art Technician/Driver to join our team at Red Recruit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the safe and secure transportation of fine art, both domestically and internationally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pack and load fine art in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Secure fine art in trucks for safe transport, ensuring the highest level of care and attention to detail.
  • Operate a variety of lifting equipment, including dollies and pallet jacks, to efficiently move artwork.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics and transportation.
  • Oversee a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of fine art transportation tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience working in fine art handling and packing or removals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy artwork.
